I was pretty happy with this week. My run on Monday was great. Wednesday was my first day back to work and I was late to the gym that day and on Thursday also. It takes me a few days to get into the swing of things!!

It's starting to get busy around here... The time from Thanksgiving to Christmas stresses me out! So much to do. Feels like we're on the road so much! It's easy to get caught up and not take time to reflect on the real reason we're celebrating. I'm making an effort this month to slow down and spend time thanking God for sending his only Son to save us.

For unto us a child is born, to us a son is given; and the government shall be upon his shoulder, and his name shall be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. Isaiah 9:6

  1. Good job this week with HBBC! Hope you have a good weekend!

  2. "Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace" ...Absolutely LOVE THAT verse/song!! Fantastic scripture to spotlight during this "hectic time" when everyone unfortunately does lose sight that Jesus is the Reason for the Season!

  3. Good job with HBBC...I feel like no matter how much I work out, by the end of the week people are putting in numbers I can't keep up with...even with running more miles than I ever have in a week.

  4. great job on your HBBC challenge this week! I also get very busy this time of year and sometimes it nice to remember its only a month!

  5. found you thru the hbbc link, great job! and thanks for the reminder to slow down and remember the reason we're celebrating. :)
