Back to reality...

I've had about 5 hours of sleep in the past 40 hours... so we're gonna go with bullets for this post. And you all are going to be awesome as usual and ignore my typo's and poor grammar.
  • The real world sucker punched me as soon as I walked in the door.  (what a beesh) I'm doing laundry, paying bills, answering emails, and sorting pictures... blah.

  • I am getting to cuddle this guy though. I have missed him so much!!
  • And I'm watching the Kentucky Wildcats play football. We're looking a little like a hot mess. Our QB has completed one pass... And it was an interception. (Congrats to your Cards, Julia!)
  • There isn't any food in the house. AND I'm craving one of these big time:
That's a cupful of pure happiness right there. Tigers blood, kiwi, and tropical punch deliciousness. Thanks to JENN for the recommendation of where to get the best hawaiian shave ice:  ULULANI'S.

Do you like football season? Who do you cheer for and why? i LOVE it. i'm obsessed with UK (where I went to undergrad and pharm school), and I'm a Cincinnati Bengals fan by marriage :)
Are you going to watch the LSU v. Oregon game on Saturday?

    mmmm that ice looks delicious!! I went to New Orleans in March and my b/f introduced me to "snowballs" which are essentially shaved ice or snow cones to us up in MA. My favorite flavor was strawberry shortcake!

    mmm that icee combination sounds so so good. My favorite flavor is lime and coconut. And yay for football!

    ahhhh thanks for the shout out...i missed the game :( but heard it was good despite the fact that the Cards are so young. Hoping to get to a game while I am home :) Hope you get to feeling better! I feel ya...the real world has been wearing me out this week! thinking of you friend!

    Hey girl! Finally catching up on blogs after the crazy holiday weekend -- that shave ice looks AMAZING! I wish I cold ship some to you:( My fave has been root beer float w/the ridiculously good roselani's vanilla ice cream at the bottom ... truly heaven in a cup! Thanks for the shout out!! Can't wait to read more about your trip:)
