LOVE your goals. I need to get back to logging my runs as well. eeek. kinda started slacking with that one. Basically my goals are to get back in a routine and actually follow my training plan...hopefully :) I also am going to start spin once a week for the first time tomorrow!! eeeek!!! i am kinda nervous! have a wonderful night!
