I was really nervous this morning because I wanted to get out and see how my leg was. I'm very happy to say that I did 2.5 miles with no pain!
I didn't want to over-do it so I stopped at 2.5 instead of doing the full 5. I'm planning on making up the other 2.5 later this week.
Saturday I'm running a 10K in Ohio (out of town for another wedding) and I wanted to get a 5 miler in before then. But I think it's more mental reasons that I wanted to do the 5 miles. I know my body can do it (if I take care of it) and this is my second 10K, so I've gotta get over these nerves!!
